10th Grade Co-Ed Program
The 10th grade program prepares Brigaders for their remaining 2 years in Brigade where they will be co-leaders for a group of their younger peers on a night of their choice.
The-focus is on leadership training. The program will be divided into four sections of 5 week blocks. Each block will focus on one of the four aspects of the four-fold. Further, each aspect will focus on four character or leadership traits. These traits are Ethics & Spirituality, Responsibility, Teamwork, Communications, Stewardship, Courage, Vision, Courage, Attitude, Leadership, Integrity, Communication, Respect, Trustworthiness, Reverence, Obedience, Initiative and Discipline.
Program topics include; sealed order trip, team-building, drill, entertaining and informative speakers, small group activities and discussions, and fieldtrips to the courthouse, bowling, and the Fox River Mall to shop for the Christmas Giving Program.
Activities will be part of the competition points each group can receive throughout the year. Activities include rifle range, archery range, climbing wall and mini tournaments of basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, kickball and floor hockey.
10th Graders also get to sign up for workshops of their choice. They include woodworking, cooking, ceramics, stained glass, leatherworks, mojo sticks, devil sticks, Trivial Pursuit and more.
