Leadership Training Conference
Brigade's co-ed Leadership Training Conference (LTC) program is aimed at developing character and leadership qualities and skills within the lives of today’s youth who have completed the tenth, eleventh or twelfth grades. The LTC program combines the education of a conference with the fun and excitement of a summer camp. LTC is a blending of passionate and empowering speakers, a unique group of leaders, group activities that build teamwork and communication and free-time activities.
Leadership is a dynamic process, a quality and skill both admired and needed in our society today. It can be as simple as deciding you want to make a difference, choosing to build your leadership skills and using them to involve and inspire others. It is not an overnight development, rather a process of learning, experiencing and growing. It is beginning to enable and engage others in developing and sharing a vision – and then living that vision out.
Typical activities at LTC include team challenges, speakers, breakout sessions, and high and low ropes course. During free time campers are able to participate in camp activities including swimming, canoeing, fishing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, banana boat, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, crafts, and topside games.
